Hello Everyone, I wanted to determine the secondary structure content for the ECL-2 loop region and the entire aGPCR Receptor using DSSP Algorithm in cpptraj. I am not sure of what to give for the input parameters. Has anyone calculated the secondary structure information using cpptraj?
