Hi all,
I have been looking for alternatives to jActiveModules to include to a Cytoscape tutorial I have been working on. The reason I am looking to replace jActive is because the latest tutorials have been removed, leaving students with unclarities on how the tool should be used. Ultimately, I would like to hear any suggestions of module identification tools (online or in Cytoscape) that combine graph and omics data.
