Bioinformatics application on data

I have WES data of hypertensive patients and I have no idea how can I apply bioinformatics on my data and which can be applied on my data. Please guide me

Hello Sania and welcome to Biostars ! Unfortunately, your questions will probably not receive useful answers because it lacks details (what is your data exactly ? What are your goals ?) and it is also too broad. You probably should try to start by following an established tutorial/pipeline (for instance this pipeline, but there are many others) and then come back here if you have more specific questions.
