Hello,

I am looking for single-cell RNA Seq data on the whole organ/whole tissue with known cell origins.

E.g. 1. Single-cell seq on the whole mouse brain, and the single-cell origins (cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum, etc.) are inferred/annotated. 2. Single-cell seq on the Arabidopsis whole root, and the single-cell origins (cortex, stele, endodermis, etc.) are known/annotated. 3. Single-cell seq on whole tissue of the pancreas, and the cell origins (sub-tissue A, B, C, etc.) are known/annotated.

Based on my research, it seems most single-cell seq data only identify cell types rather than cell origins. Does anyone know any single-cell data as I described?

Thank you in advance!

If by "origins" you mean the anatomically defined subdivision of a tissue, yes, plenty. Single cell protal works for you. An example https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell/study/SCP1/-single-nucleus-rna-seq-of-cell-diversity-in-the-adult-mouse-hippocampus-snuc-seq
