I have some different datasets about one disease. These datasets are included: 1. The four dataset RNA-seq from blood samples for diseases, 2. The six datasets RNA-seq from biopsy samples, 3. The three datasets single-cell RNA-seq from PBC, 4. One dataset is from brain samples, 5. four datasets are from immunity cells. All datasets are for one disease. I want to analyze all data set together. First, each group is normalized and analyzed networks, and then all the networks must be the fuse for find one and extensive network for finding new hub genes and pathways. Are any advice and suggestion?
