Hi there,

Is there a way to convert the gff3 (or possibly .out file also) to tbl format provided in RepeatMasker?

There are scripts coming with RepeatMaker for that task. Otherwise there is another within AGAT.

Thank you very much. I found ProcessRepeat was what I needed.
