Bathymetric mapping to visualize temperature, chlorophyll-a, and salinity?

Hi, I think everyone is fine. I will be happy if you just guide me few things.

1. I want to draw a Bathymetric mapping of the Bay of Bengal with temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll-a like as below.

I am trying GRASS GIS but I need a good tutorial to follow. I also need the database from where I can download temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll-a over the years if available.
