hey, I am trying to download sequence using fastq-dump , but getting error again and again that table not found while opening manager within database module can anyone give the example for writting the syntax for downloading complete sequence using command fastq-dump...

as general rule you should post the command line used to download and convert SRA files into fastq files and the error message. Without these information we can't really help you

Don't bother with that terrible tool. Visit sra-explorer.info, search for the datasets you need and obtain direct fastq download links.

sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks
