I have a list of nucleotide assembly gene accession numbers. Following is an example accession number. CP033719.1

I am trying to find out the accession number of the preceding gene's accession number. Could you please help me out with this one?

What I am really trying to do is to extract out the promoter region of gene CP033719.1 while making sure that I do not grab the coding sequence of the preceding gene.
