How can I know (or calculate) the BLAST alignment percentage from kraken2 report file.

You can't.

In no moment whatsoever Kraken2 performs an alignment. Morever, BLAST is BLAST, Kraken2 is Kraken2, they are not related and perform different kind of analyses.
