Hello, does anyone know how to look for the number of proteins that have not more than 3 protein structures determined and stored in the PDB?

Thanks

Try this query on the UniProt website, for proteins that have no more than 3 protein structures determined. Replace 3 by 2 if you want less than 3 protein structures):

database:(type:pdb count:[1 TO 3])

https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=database%3A%28type%3Apdb+count%3A%5B1+TO+3%5D%29&sort=score

That's a nice functionality - didn't know it existed. Still, many protein are solved as single or double residue mutants, or as proteins from a related species that are more than 95% identical. Those presumably would not be caught by this rule, even though they would be structurally identical for practical purposes.

If the poster clarifies their intention with regard to these caveats, I may be able to offer some ideas.
