Hello buddy,

I am a guy with very little info on bioinformatics tools and their operation. I know the tools and their uses but the commands needed for analysis part using Linux or other medium is tuff for me as i dont have any access to server or any supercomputer. so can anyone help me with the analysis part.?

I want to run few analysis for my research project (plant genome, de novo analysis)

Galaxy is an open-source web platform that sounds perfect for your goals. It does not require any experience with Linux or access to high-performance computing resources and is a great way to get familiar with the types of analyses and tools you can use, including genome assembly ;)! CyVerse is also another option.
