Hi,

Is there a way to have KaryotypeR's kpPlotRegions function to plot only one 'event' per line? Events here are genomic regions, e.g. chr1 5-10Mb. Currently, I use

kpPlotRegions(kp, data=events_granges, col=events$type_color, avoid.overlapping = TRUE, layer.margin = 0.01, num.layers = 120)

And this generates the plot below:

Is it possible to plot only one event (bar) per line?
