Hello everyone! Does anybody know in which way (where can I search it) can I find in PRIDE(PRoteomics IDentifications Database) all the refseq human peptides or how can I search them by cell line? I visit peptidome in PRIDE but the only I see is statistical results. Moreover does anybody know how to run PRIDE Inspector? Thank you very much

You may have already done this but can you tell us if you have looked at this help page? It has a section on searching data in PRIDE.

I found that if someone want to run Pride Inspector should unzip the file and then click on "pride inspector" ( you should have installed java first) . Moreover I looked this section , I searched the data and appeared 8000 datasets. My problem is that I want to download them massively in order to anlyze them and there is no option to do that ( massively ) Any ideas ? Thank you very much
