While running DEseq2 on Galaxy I always run into this error, and I have no idea what does it mean, the datasets have the same length and all the same structure.

This job was resubmitted to the queue because it encountered a tool detected error condition on its compute resource. Error in .rowNamesDF<-(x, value = value) : invalid 'row.names' length Calls: rownames<- ... row.names<- -> row.names<-.data.frame -> .r

Thank you for advices!

No one could give an advice without any detail about your input file. However, it seems that your data format is not same as the example. See the Galaxy tutorial: https://galaxyproject.org/tutorials/rb-rnaseq/#loading-the-data-and-create-dataset-collections (Search for Deseq2 section)
