Hi,

I would like to ask if there is a phosphorylation database for human proteome which provides the information not only for the phosphorylation sites of a protein but also each targets. What I am looking for is phosphorylation interactions between proteins.

DEPOD - human DEPhOsphorylation Database - found with https://biokeanos.com/search?q=phosphorylation contains protein (and non - protein) substrates and includes the information on the type of interaction, pathways and the sequences involved in relevant PPIs.
