Hello

Is there any way to get protein sequences from given locus, for e.g.,

Gene name locus
PvPIP2;4 Phvul.005G135300
PvTIP1;3 Phvul.008G014900
PvTIP2;2 Phvul.010G147100
PvNIP1;4 Phvul.002G242300
PvSIP1;1 Phvul.001G097000

Or can i convert the locus to protein ID

What organism are these ID's from? Also the source these came from.

NCBI is not using either of those ID's so if you need to keep them in context then NCBI's genome entry will not help.

Ensembl plants seems to be using a different variation of that locus name. So your best bet is to go to the source where those ID's came from.
