Normalize Data in R and Heatmap

Hi, I am new to R. I have raw gene counts of my RNAseq samples. I want to normalize the gene counts and make a heat map and volcano plot from the gene counts in R. Here's a view of my data:

Can you guys please tell me how can I do it in Rstudo?
