Hello everyone! I’m searching in Pride Inspector the Pride Archive with the criteria “human” and for all the results I get shows up the message “ Failed to retrieve assay details from PRIDE for project …. “ . What can I do ? Thank you very much .
If you search with term
human dataat PRIDE archive you can find 4743 human datasets as of today. Once you click on one dataset you can find various files you can download. It would be best to narrow this down to something you can manage to download. Perhaps try this search search in inspector.
