Hello guys,
I have multiple sequences from two different platforms (with different length) and I need to see how they cross match between these platforms. Therefore, I need to perform some sort of aligning or matching of these sequences and find out if one of the sequences from platform 1 can match other sequences from platform 2 and in which coordinates these two sequences match. Since I am new to programming I tried a few methods but couldn't succeed to correctly identify them. Could any of you help me with any appropriate package or R script to resolve this problem ?
