Hi everyone, I am trying to reproduce comparison of different conditions in enrichment analysis according to this paper: https://www.cell.com/the-innovation/pdfExtended/S2666-6758(21)00066-7 (page 21 - section 6.4). Unfortunately, I am getting this error:
ClusterProfiler: Error in facet_grid( ~ column) : could not find function "facet_grid"
Does anyone ever met this error and solved it?
