Plot Gene Ontology in ggplot R

Hi, I have gene ontology data from Uniprot that I want to plot using ggplot in R. Every column has multiple GO terms. I want to have a bar plot that shows number of genes for each GO term. I only know to do basic stuff in ggplot. I do not know how to plot such a complex table. I want to show each biological process or molecular function or cellular component in y axis and number of genes on x axis. This is the closest example i could find (example) I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
