Redundancy analysis (RDA) for metagenomic community

Hello

I want to do Redundancy analysis (RDA) to see variation in my bacterial community samples but I am kinda lost and don't know where to start. I searched online but couldn't find any. Is there any R code or tutorial available for that purpose?

I would really appreciate all/some help.

Hello, out of curiosity I did a quick search and found a presentation (Dirk Metzler & Martin Hutzenthaler, 2011) where you can find an example of usage of a library(vegan) # rda() is in this library

I never used the library nor performed any RDA before, so pls aplogize me if I'm pointing you in a wrong direction. Hth
