Problem for analysing GSEA and ORA

I analysed two different GEO dataset individually and found DEG for each dataset .After that I compare the two dataset DEG and found some common DEG.Now i want to analyse GSEA and ORA for that common DEG.As far i know for analysing GSEA and ORA there should be a parametter p value. But for two dataset,when i analyse i found p value for both dataset. And finally compare the two dataset and got some common DEG. But now I have two p value.Because of two dataset.So what should i do now.Will I have to plot the GSEA and ORA based on two p value ?If so than how or either picking only one dataset p value it is possible.
