Hi, I am looking for a viewer to visualize specific SV events in a VCF file, something like in the VCF readme itself (figs 1&2). http://samtools.github.io/hts-specs/VCFv4.2.pdf Is there something available?

For example, I wonder if figs 1&3 in this paper https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-019-1913-9 were formed by a viewer. Thanks, Q

The figures you mentioned were not formed by any SV viewer tool.

Thanks. I wonder if I am the only one that find it hard to understand the complex events that VCF shows .
