Graph

Hi,

Please check the following PPI graph.

How would it be possible to replace the orange nodes (which are intermediate between blue nodes) by only one edge between the corresponding blue nodes, and just above the edge, in the middle for instance, indicate the number of orange nodes which have been replaced ?

for instance, replace :

DGKD - GNAQ - IQSEC1

by

DGKD - 1- IQSEC1

Thanks !

Thanks. I can group the nodes, but I also wanted to display the number of grouped nodes. If I choose to display the "NumChildren" or "NumDescendents" in the graph, names of the non-grouped nodes are lost. How display the 2 informations?
