hi everyone, i'm completely new to bioinformatics and would like to compare/ identify major structural variants between countries through R studio.
i'm not sure where to find each population's data.
i was intending on doing so by finding and comparing vcfs between sample populations but i'm not sure if this method would be correct. i can currently only find fastq files for each sample for each population.
