(Chromosome Region end-start+1) calculation output value is negative during Copy number alteration analysis using GAIA

Hi all,

I'm analyzing TCGA Copy number alteration data using the GAIA package in R.

After runGAIA, I knew that there was an issue.

In general, the start position of a chromosome has to be smaller than the end position.

However, several start position numbers are larger than the end position, which means the value of the end position - start position + 1 becomes negative.

What is this means? And how can I solve this issue?
