Therefore, scholarly and/or other peer-reviewed creative achievement in collaboration with undergraduate students is expected. Norwich University provides generous support for scholarly work in the form of paid faculty and student fellowships, reduced teaching load, and funding for conference travel. Responsibilities also include academic advising; serving on Department, College, and University committees; participation in student recruiting efforts; and other applicable duties as assigned.

Norwich University is dedicated to increasing the diversity of its professoriate, workforce, and student populations in order to meet its initiatives of producing well-rounded graduates who are interculturally proficient and internationally engaged as global ambassadors. We strongly encourage applications from members of historically underrepresented groups. Candidates who have experience working with a diverse range of people, and who can contribute to Norwich's commitment to engagement and inclusivity are encouraged to identify their experiences in their application materials.
