local ancestry in admixed populations

Hi! Several tools are available for the estimation of local ancestry in admixed populations. However - as far as I know - these tools do not yield the local structural features (e.g.: haplotype patterns) that determine the attribution of a genomic region to a particular ancestral population. Is there a way to infer this information? Would haplotype analysis help? Thanks!

As far as I know, you could use STRUCTURE or EIGENSTRAT for such task. There's also LAMP, which I think would give you exactly what you need!
