Weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA)

Hi I want to perform WGCNA for my differentially expressed gene.I found my common DEG from analysisng multiple GEO dataset.Now i want to apply WGCNA for my shortlisted common DEG.But i dont know how to perform that.What type of dataset is needed for that kind of analysis.What should be the parameter for that. Kindly plz help to do solve that problem.I have this type of data after analysisng GEO dataset. Thanks
