scATAC low fragments quality

Hi, I finished my first round of scATAC experiments using 10X scATAC kit. After running the pipeline, it was daunting to see the low fragment quality rates in cells 0 %, low cell numbers, and etc. Would you give me some hints on what's happening? Thanks!
