Dear All,
I will soon progress to single cell experiment. I have experince doing bulk-RNA seq including QC, alignment, performing differentially gene expression analysis, enrichment etc. I am wondering whether any member could suggest the right source where I can get single cell sequencing file, alignment methods, and generate count matrix from aligned files to full scale analysis for practicing purposes. Much appreciated for your help.
