I'm trying to build an index by using this command
bwa index -p hg38bwaidx -a bwtsw hg38.fa
However, the process keeps getting killed after ~10 minutes. Here's the error message
[bwa_index] Pack FASTA... Killed
your server has not enough resources (memory...) to run the command above.
I have enough memory(650GB).
