Reanalyzing data after Seurat subset

I'm following the Seurat WNN workflow to analyze my multimodal data. I am subsetting the object to exclude one of the clusters. After removing these cells, are there any steps in the workflow that I need to repeat (normalization, finding variable features, scaling, etc)?

It depends on what you are trying to do, but you should be fine by re-clusterin you dataset (RunPCA -> FindNeighbors -> FindClusters).
