Hi there. My name is Ales, I'm from Belarus. Now I'm an enrolled 3rd-year student at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and working as Junior Bioinformatician at BostonGene. As you may know, the Russian Government started a war against Ukraine and Belarus is partly participating. I'm really scared to be summoned to the army (actually I received a letter saying that I have to attend the army commission during this fall so I won't be able even to complete my undergraduate degree).
I have a wide range of skills and knowledge areas. Starting from quantum mechanics and complex analysis to molecular biology, machine learning, and web development. My main area of interest lies between math, machine learning, and natural sciences (preferably biology). I have solid skills in machine/deep learning (classical, NLP, CV, basics of RL) and almost a year experience of working as a bioinformatician at BostonGene (If you are interested I can tell you more about my work there). So I'm in search of any opportunities to relocate from Russia and Belarus. Maybe you have any opportunities for me to work with you in any way?
