Hi Folks,
I would like to calculate the mean branch length of a phylogenetic tree created using IQ-Tree. My output is ;
MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD TREE
-----------------------
Log-likelihood of the tree: -138788.6431 (s.e. 1492.1691)
Unconstrained log-likelihood (without tree): -54396.7905
Number of free parameters (#branches + #model parameters): 275
Akaike information criterion (AIC) score: 278127.2863
Corrected Akaike information criterion (AICc) score: 278144.0246
Bayesian information criterion (BIC) score: 280091.5004
Total tree length (sum of branch lengths): 4.5727
Sum of internal branch lengths: 2.4155 (52.8253% of tree length)
How can I calculate the mean branch length ? Thanks in advance.
