Hi,

I'm currently working on a DNA binding response regulator, I want to find the DNA motif recognized by this factor, I have tried to find this information in different databases (uniprot, P2CS, and some other) but I can't find it.

Do you know a database who have this kind of information? or a tool who can be used to make an assumption of this motif (I'm not sure if it is possible)?

Thanks for the help.

Presumably, you have a sequence that you'd want to search for the binding motifs. If that is true then you can use MEME-Suite to identify a tool that can help.
