Hi, I have a long list of genes and I would like to extract all the SNPs for each gene (with their SNP ID) from the DisGeNET database. How can I do that?

Is "Data Mining" the best title you could come up with to describe this problem? Also, have you looked through the API and Downloads sections? Those are meant to facilitate bulk queries and accessing downloadable datasets.

Apologies. I agree, it could have been a bit more specific/descriptive.

You can always edit it now so people with a similar problem will be able to find your post in the future.

The DisGeNET has an 'API' section which will help you out. It also has 2 example scripts, a Python and a Rscript which gives an example of how to access the database.
