Dear all, I hope all of you be fine and healthy.
A single cell dataset has 3 tumor samples with 10x genomics files. What is the best method to analyze these samples? Analyze each sample individually and combine the results or merge all the samples and then analyze the merged samples.
I would be grateful if you could guide me to resolve it.
