determination of miRNA FPKM value

Hi,

I am trying to get FPKM values of miRNA-Seq data using cufflinks.

As an input I am using bwt file of output mirdeep2 tool.

But I am not sure using cufflinks to get FPKM values of miRNAs.

Any advice?
