Andersson et al. 2014 described a set of 43,011 permissive enhancers using the FANTOM5 panel of samples. The list of the set of enhancers can be found in here, which has 65,423 entries. I don't know from where do the additional entries come.
In the same paper, a set of "6,609 blood-expressed enhancers", which is a subset of the permissive enhancers mentioned above, was also described, but I don't know how to extract this set of blood-expressed enhancers from the permissive enhancer set. Or should I look elsewhere?
