tentei realizar uma pesquisa tbalstx mas não consegui, usei as seguinte linha de comando: tblastx -query NC024014.fasta -db nr -remote -outfmt 5 -out teste.table -entrez_query "virus [organism]". I used a similar command line to perform a blastn and run normally, but whenever I try to perform tblastx I don't even get a result.
