Does anyone know how I can convert SRR sample Id to TCGA sample barcode ?

By SRR you mean SRA run file ID? Can you post some of the Ids here?

yes. for example :

**SRR1474440 SRR1447416 SRR1430860 SRR1345871 SRR1446996 SRR1459761 SRR1355997 SRR1359821**

These IDs come from GTEx through SRA. So they are not part of TCGA and you can not map these SRR ids to the TCGA barcode!
