Hi ,guys! How to use R to draw this Fig?
The correlation of one gene between RNA-seq and ChIP-seq? The fig is from paper 'Smarca4 ATPase mutations disrupt direct eviction of PRC1 from chromatin'

Typically you want to give a snippet of data, and show what you've tried to draw that graph on your own before you ask for help.

It looks like it is plotted in ggplot2 in R and would be pretty simple to do. Here is a tutorial on how to use that package.
