How can i process 2d image to 3d in R

have 2D images and I want to render these images in 3D on my website that I wrote over R Shiny. What route would you recommend I follow?

The images I will render are of the anatomy and gene structures of model organisms. I got images in order to get output like AlphaFold. However, since I am new to informatics, I do not know how to proceed.

Right but you're looking to render 2D images to 3D. Does it matter what those images are?
