no its another question that how to determin the length of 1st sequence in genome...?
sorry admin for disturbance but its not my motive i am beginner so i have not a wide knowledge about unix and my research is all about on the bioinformatics so thats why i just try to get some knowledge from this site and thats why i previously demanding a youtube channel through which i can learn about unix commands and how can we do work on it.... once again sorry i hope you understand my situation
I do understand but this is not a service to get some code for free. You have to show us that you made a minimal effort to analyze the file. Furthermore you have to show us some snippets of your input files because we don't know what is a "genome" file.
may be its problem in my question thats why you couldn't catch my question that i asking you .... i think i neend some time for getting background knowledge about unix ....can you provide me a good channel which is for unix beginners...?
