smartpca from the Eigenstrat package

Hi I have a question about how to complete the .snp.txt file for Eigenstrat, this file include: ID SNP(rs), chromosome number, genetic positions, physical position, REF and ALT. If i have a mitochondrial DNA how can i complete this snp.txt file, becouse the mitochondrial ID, chromosome number and genetic positions doesen't exist! What can i insert in this missing value?
