Hi, I'm a user of Orthofinder. In OrthoFinder Results Files, I found the directory named ''phylogenetically misplaced genes'', but I cannot find any explanation for proteins contained in this directory even in the original paper or https://github.com/davidemms/OrthoFinder#resolved-gene-trees-directory.
Does anyone know what this directory contains? Thank you for your cooperation.
