I have paired-end reads data of NGS in 2 fastq files that are: father_R1.fq.gz and father_R2.fq.gz

How can I find how many reads are included in these two fastq files and their read length respectively through Galaxy?

Is there any specific tool for it?

FastQC will give you those data, along with a lot of other useful quality control info https://galaxy-au-training.github.io/tutorials/modules/fastqc/
